Refills with cartridges are sold separately. Includes a rubber blending tip for creating smokey, dimensional looks. How to Use Take Eye Liner Pencil Cartridge to insert into the holder. Position the cartridge into the holder and push firmly until it clicks into place. To remove, pull the cartridge out of the holder. Start at the outer corner of the eye and draw small, light horizontal strokes onto the base of the upper lashes. Application technique varies according to the desired effect.
